Fold Down Windshield

The most durable golf cart fold down split windshield on the market. The windshield is a complete kit with hinge, clips, mounting hardware, and installation instructions on your golf cart. Available for most makes and models.
-Comes in clear or light gray tint.
-Made of 3/16" acrylic or high impact modified acrylic.
-It is possible to drill into an impact modified windshield, but you must use a plastic drill bit.
-The windshield hinges are made of a specifically-designed UV/ozone-resistant material.
-Comes with all hardware and mounting clips.
-The hinges do not get brittle and break, even after extended exposure to harsh rays from the sun.
-The windshield top clips attach to the golf cart windshield frame rather than the windshield itself, thereby eliminating stress cracks to the windshield. No holes are drilled into the windshield.
-The bottom windshield receivers are permanently mounted to the windshield and cannot get lost like the slip-on type.
-The windshield width measurements below are to the outside of the windshield frames. These measurements conform to factory specifications. They are made to attach to 1" diameter windshield frames and to E-Z-GO windshield frames that are 3/4" in diameter. Because other manufacturers of tops may have different dimensions for their windshield frames, we ask that you check the measurements before you order to ensure a good fit.
Below is a Yamaha G1 golf cart. On the left, is a picture of the cart with a Blue Dot top. On the right is the same cart with our windshield. We do not supply the windshield frame unless it is purchased with the G1 top.
The windshields for the Columbia ParCar, Fairplay, Hyundai, and Star Cars are special cut upon order. Please allow extra time for delivery.

--Club Car, E-Z-GO, and Yamaha Drive golf cart sport windshields are mounted on the side and use the existing windshield holes. Yamaha G14-G22 are mounted on the front cowl and require some drilling. Please note that we have not developed a sport windshied for the Drive 2 as yet. The E-Z-GO TXT has extra supports at the frame.

One-Piece Department of Transportation Windshield
The one-piece windshield is a complete kit including mounting hardware and installation instructions made with a hard coating to meet Department of Transportation requirements for street legal golf carts.
-Available in a clear only.

-The golf cart windshield width measurements below are to the outside of the windshield frames. They conform to factory specifications. The windshield is made to attach to a 1" diameter frame, and an E-Z-GO 3/4" windshield frame. -The windshield comes with a DOT-approved specifications routed into the windshield on the lower driver's side. This will include the following: AS4/AS5 M177 (optical quality and model number), Lexan MRT (Lexan polycarbonate sheet and the MRT grade), Pro Master Inc. (manufacturer), and DOT 933 (the DOT code). This information can be used to pass a physical examination for a VIN number.
