Fold Down Windshield
 Stay dry and safe with fold down and one piece windshields.

-The most durable fold-down windshield on the market.
The windshield is a complete kit with hing, clips, mounting hardware and installation instructions.
-Comes in clear or gray tint.
-Made of 3/16" Acrylic or Ultra Strength 3/16" Polycarbonate.
-Hings are made of a specifically-designed UV/ozone-resistant material.
-Hings do not get brittle and break, even after extended exposure to harsh rays from the sun.
-The windshield top clips attach to the windshield frame rather than the windshield itself, thereby eliminating stress cracks to the windshield. No holes are drilled into the windshield.
-The bottom windshield receivers are permanently mounted to the windshield and cannot get lost like the slip-on type.
-The windshield width measurements below are to the outside of the windshield frames. These measurements conform to factory specifications. They are made to attach to 1" diameter windshield frames and to E-Z-GO windshield frames that are 3/4" in diameter. Because other manufacturers of tops may have different dimensions for their windshield frames, we ask that you check the measurements before you order to ensure a good fit.
If you are looking for a windshield for the older Yamaha G1 and your current top has only back supports (it is called a Blue Dot top), you will need to purchase both the windshield and new front supports. Special order windshields are available to any width or height. The cost for a special order windshield is an additional $20. They are not returnable. Please call Customer Service if you are interested, 727-937-2974. Due to a key personnel out on medical leave, we will not be able to deliver custom windshields until after August 1, 2010.

The one-piece windshield is a complete kit including mounting hardware and installation instructions.

Frugal Dougal's offers a one piece clear windshield available for street ready golf carts. This Department of Transportation (DOT)-approved windshield is made of the ultra strength polycarbonate material with a hard coat film over the top. It can withstand the potential scratches from a windshield wiper. It is also highly resistant to high impact, weathering, and abrasions. It is available for all of the golf cart makes and models listed below. The windshield comes with a DOT-approved specifications routed into the windshield on the lower driver's side. This will include the following: AS5 M177 (optical quality and model number), Lexan MRT (Lexan polycarbonate sheet and the MRT grade), Pro Master Inc. (manufacturer), and DOT 933 (the DOT code). This information can be used to pass a physical examination for a VIN number. There is a two-week shipping time on all DOT-approved windshields.
