Shipping and handling charges for all our golf cart accessories include processing, handling, packaging and shipping costs.  Most of our products are shipped directly from our supplier within 48 hours.  Delays may occur when the product requires a custom color or size modification to fit certain golf cart models.    

Some items ordered together may come in separate boxes. We use the most efficient carrier for your area, usually UPS Ground or FedEx.

On July 18, 2011, Conway Freight charges for truck frieght went up by 6.9%. This increase applies only to our largest items, the golf cart tops and the solar roof kits, which have to be shipped truck freight.

On January 2, 2012, the average ground freight for UPS went up by 4.9% and for FedEx up by 5.9%

We are sorry but orders delivered to Hawaii or Alaska will add an additional $41 and up for shipping and handling due to the much higher costs of delivery to those states. If the product you are ordering is smaller and light weight and can be shipped via USPS, we will not charge the Hawaii and Alaska surcharge. Please call Customer Service, 727-937-2974, if you have a question.

A few heavy and bulky items may require an extra charge for handling and shipping. All tire/wheel combinations carry a surcharge because of their extra weight. Lighter weight items, such as our golf cart electric heater and the club rain protectors, have a reduction in shipping..

Returns 

Returns of damaged, defective, or not-as-ordered items will be authorized for a replacement with a quick call to Customer Service at 727-937-2974 (or service@frugaldougalsgolf.com) within 30 days.  If we made a mistake, your return ground shipping will gladly be reimbursed. 

If you are not completely satisfied with the product, please contact Customer Service within 30 days to return the product for an exchange, refund, or credit (excluding shipping and handling costs). A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. Certain custom-made products such as special sized windshields, Sunbrella seat covers, two toned vinyl seat covers, and custom Sunbrella club rain protectors are not returnable.

Sales Tax 
A 7% sales tax will be charged for deliveries to Florida.  The sales tax is charged on the merchandise total and all shipping and handling costs.
