Shipping and handling charges for all our golf cart accessories include processing, handling, packaging and shipping costs.  Most of our products are shipped directly from our supplier within 48 hours.  Delays may occur when the product requires a custom color or size modification to fit certain golf cart models.    

Some items ordered together may come in separate boxes. We use the most efficient carrier for your area, usually UPS Ground or Fedex. 

The following shipping chart applies to orders using standard shipping to be delivered within the Continental US.  We are sorry but orders delivered to Hawaii or Alaska will add an additional $41 and up for shipping and handling due to the much higher costs of delivery to those states.

A few heavy and bulky items may require an extra charge for handling and shipping. All lift kits and tire/wheel combinations carry a surcharge because of their extra weight. Some bulky items, such as the top kit and the solar panel roof, are shipped via a truck freight service.

Returns 
Returns of damaged, defective, or not-as-ordered items will be authorized for a replacement with a quick call to Customer Service at 727-937-2974 (or service@frugaldougalsgolf.com) within 30 days.  If we made a mistake, your return ground shipping will gladly be reimbursed. 

If you are not completely satisfied with the product, please contact Customer Service within 30 days to return the product for an exchange, refund, or credit (excluding shipping and handling costs). A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. Certain custom-made products such as special sized windshields, Sunbrella seat covers, and rain bag covers are not returnable.

Sales Tax 
A 7% sales tax will be charged for deliveries to Florida.  The sales tax is charged on the merchandise total and all shipping and handling costs.
