Shipping and handling charges for all our golf cart accessories include processing, handling, packaging and shipping costs. Most of our products are shipped directly from our supplier within 48 hours. Delays may occur when the product requires a custom color or size modification to fit certain golf cart models.
Some items ordered together may come in separate boxes. We use the most efficient carrier for your area, usually UPS Ground or FedEx.
On March 31, 2014, Conway Freight charges for truck freight went up by 5.5%. This increase applies only to our largest items, the golf cart tops and the solar roof kits, which have to be shipped truck freight.
On March 31, 2014, the average ground freight for UPS went up by 4.4%. FedEx Freight posted its latest price increase on January 6, 2014 which was up by 4.9%. These companies calculate the shipping rate based on both the weight of the box as well as the size of the box. They also have a pattern of raising rates every year. Nine months later, on December 29, 2014, UPS announced an additional 4.9% increase for 2015.
The following shipping chart applies to orders using standard shipping to be delivered within the Continental US. These rates went into effect on October 8, 2014 and are our first increase in shipping charges since 2012.

We are sorry but orders delivered to Hawaii or Alaska will add a minimum additional $41 and up for shipping and handling due to the much higher costs of delivery to those states. If the product you are ordering is smaller and light weight and can be shipped via USPS, we will not charge the Hawaii and Alaska surcharge. Please call Customer Service, 727-487-6615, to request this change.
A few heavy and bulky items may require an extra charge for handling and shipping. All tops and seat kits carry a surcharge because of their extra weight. Lighter weight items, such as our golf cart electric heater and the heated seat cover, have a reduction in shipping.

Returns of damaged, defective, or not-as-ordered items will be authorized for a replacement with a quick call to Customer Service at 727-487-6615 (or firstname.lastname@example.org) within 30 days. If we made a mistake, your return ground shipping will gladly be reimbursed.
If you are not happy with the product, please contact Customer Service within 30 days to return the product for an exchange, refund, or credit (excluding shipping and handling costs). A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. You would be responsible for the return shipment. Certain custom-made products such as solar roof panel kits, special sized windshields, Sunbrella seat covers, two toned vinyl seat covers, embroidered products, and custom Sunbrella club rain protectors and convertible tops are not returnable.

A 7% sales tax will be charged for deliveries to Florida. The sales tax is charged on the merchandise total and all shipping and handling costs, as required by the State of Florida Statutes..
